Tesco Opticians took payment for contact lenses from me before they had confirmed the order with my optician. The order was denied but Tesco Opticians were happy to keep my money and not transfer it over until the end of next week. This isn't right! Check the opticians confirmation before you credit the account!! That is poor form! £135 is a lot of money for you to hold on to for no reason!
