I booked my appointment online, when I arrived, they had no record of the appointment and I had to wait until the optician was free. I was persuaded to pay for expensive bifocals and only shown designer frames. My glasses arm came off and because this is apparently my fault, I'm expected to pay £95 for new frames. Nobody phoned me to let me know what was going on. They only want your money and don't give a damn about your eyes.

felt extremely sorry for a lady working in Failsworth store today ran off her feet must have been 10 or 12 people waiting, phones ringing, a customer complaining, myself and husband walked away and so did another couple. surely more work force is needed doesn't fair well with people looking to book an examination
