Excellent service throughout the whole process at the New Milton Hampshire store with strong focus on customer care. Initial appointment was professional with an optician who was totally professional and ensured I had all questions answered. Both pairs of prescription varifocal glasses were delivered in 9 days. Initial fitting process was good, with 2 follow-up visits for minor adjustments where staff made sure everything was perfect to my satisfaction.
