We chose Tesco opticians because we could trade in our vouchers which we thought would save us money - however it meant a 20 mile trip to get to the shop. We have had to return 3 times so far as the prescription was faulty - it read different twice and they will not refund the money - also one of the pairs of glasses fell apart the first time my husband wore them - again they refused a refund. Any money we have saved we have wasted on petrol getting to the shop. WE WILL NEVER ORDER FROM HERE AGAIN ! VERY POOR SERVICE ! ------- Only use them if you live nearby or you are happy to lose your money if there is a problem
