I used this company a few years back and received my glasses no problem, so had no hesitation using again. This year, I used again, and the glasses were 3 to 4 weeks arriving which was too late as I needed them for my holidays (which I informed them not to send if could not guarantee arrival on time during correspondence). DHL attempted to deliver but as I was not here p, I never took receipt. DHL returned the item in April and in spite of many e mails, they have failed to respond to any of my correspondence nor refund my payment.
