My glasses broke so I return them to Spex4Less on Saturday afternoon.
On the Monday I received an acknowledgement they had arrived.

24 minutes later another email arrived informing me they were repaired and on the way back!

It appears that you had a 24 minute turnaround time.........................I am amazed! This is really excellent service, almost unheard of today................... To put neatly.........My glasses broke, no quibble, fixed.
