Service I received was second to none. I could not decode my prescription so scanned it in an email to Spex4less. In less than 10 minutes an assistant rung me to say they could understand it and would I like her to complete the form over the phone - the answer being a grateful "Yes". I rang the company back after 10 minutes as I had forgotten to ask for the glasses to be tinted and the assistant was just as helpful and charming as in the first conversation.
