This is my first time with them and I have been very impressed with the service I have received.I sent my snooker glasses for replacement lenses on the Friday,(which they received on Monday),having filled in their prescription form equivalent online with my recent eye-test relevant details.
Having spoken to one of their advisors a day or two before I found her very helpful in guiding me through the information they required.
They also sent me some very useful additional information by email,which applies to new glasses (as opposed to snooker glasses).
The cost was very competitive and I would not hesitate to consider them first for my future requirements.
