terrible service

hi,
i went to Goerge street-HOVE branch for eye test,
i am using 2.50+ at the moment and the test result was 4.00+
told them that i am on 2.50+ and happy with it then they decreased it to 3.50+.
ordered 2 glasses and been told that they will do 1 glass first for me to try.
after 1 week gone to collect it,when i tried it, it was like magnifying glasses again, been told that i must use it for one week first and it will become normal.
next week gone back and told them that it is very disturbing,the gentleman reduced the glasses to 3.00+.this time.
next sunday went to collect the glasses again and this time i started seeing flat table surface bended and when i look at the laptop screen the top screen looks narrower bottom looks wider.
when i told this to them their face looks smiling with a funny way and implying they are bored with this.you can see this from their faces and i had enough with this humiliation.i was very unhappy with the way i have been treated.
first glass was paid by NHS £30 and i paid another £49 for second glass deal.
i told them that i am not happy with this glass and can i get a refund for the second glass which i don't want anymore.
they said that it is a deal and can't refund me.
they told me to collect the second glass next sunday
i came home and throw the glasses into the dustbin.
i went there to collect the second glasses to collect this sunday to throw it to the dustbin again.been told that it is not ready and they will phone me when it will be ready.5-6 times went there already..))
i know that i wont use the glasses but also i don't want to leave it to them.
very bad service,wrong eye tests,terrible costumer service.
i told this to my friends one morning in Costa coffee and they said that they have their eye test done in a proper company and buy the frames from Spec savers because the frames are cheap there.
what a bad reputation.
it is not only the money i lost, it is how I been treated there.
if you loose costumers like this one day you might use your jobsin thiz company, then don't cry.
