Got to have repeat eye test as varifocals are wrong prescription for my eyes. Told by optician my eyes had improved. Told I would get used to new glasses but gave up after less than an hour. Dispenser has said they were wrongly set up and prescription too weak. Took 2 weeks to come now got to have new Taylor Made Lenses in glasses and sunglasses. So frustrating and I have no confidence in them as they have got my prescription wrong before. No personal service just a production line.
