I have been a customer of Specsavers in Diss Norfolk for a few years and the staff and service from there has always been good, but why on earth can't I call the shop direct? I am yet again sitting by the phone waiting for them to call me as I have to go through a call centre who tells me the line is engaged, the shop can call me back but of course they don't know when. So instead of going out as planned I am writing a Mrs Angry review feeling annoyed that a simple query is yet to be sorted out. Actually I will go as planned but no doubt I'll miss their call and get a bit more annoyed as I phone that call centre again!!
