i have been a customer of specsavers for a number of years,the last pair of specs i bought were from the saltcoates outlet and mistakes were made however this month june 2014 i thought i would give them another chance,same again wrong lenses sent delay delay till the fault was rectified,i requested when ready the be sent to the east kilbride store for uplift and to be advised when they arrived well i wasnt and until i phoned the east kilbride store i was not aware they had been sent.i went to the east kilbride store to uplift at first they were lost had to wait till they found them ,i was handed the specs with the comment how is that isaid ok they were put in the case and i was dismissed,no fitting check, no mirror check,very poor service indeed.in my opinion leave specksavers alone and go to a small indipendant they cannot be any less proffesional than specsavers.
