I have just received my new glasses, the man helping me in store was next to useless! He kept trying to bend the arm of the frames, and guess what, it broke in half! I was absolutely dumbfounded, that doesnt say much for the quality of a £125 pair of frames does it Specsavers? No apology, he just walked away to get a new frame from the display, also he kept going to chat to the person on the next table, he was being helped by a employee anyway and kept on interrrupting him! And ignoring me, Bloody terrible customer service if you ask me Specsavers.
My vision is taking a while to get used to these new glasses, so I hope they are OK, otherwise Ill be back Specsavers!!
Definately going elsewhere in future.
