first eye test then go to a proper place

Have an eye test for the first time on sat, that experience was very good,but then told if I wanted contact lenses I would have to book in again for a teach, which being a very busy person found that hard to choose from only two days and two appointment times of 9.30 am or 3pm,nothing inbetween, so got the 9.30 and rearranged my own appointments in my business, what a bad job when i got there they kept me waiting and then read off a card for 10 mins then 10mins of first trying the lenses which I could not get in, she made me cut off my finger nails and go home after 20mins and said time was running out, and booked me in for another day, i was devastated NO proper attempt to show me and time out, good bye, I could not beleive it. So spoke to a proper opticians going tomorrow and they said there is no time limit, on tuition, my friend who has had contacts for 30 years said she has never heard anything like it. I thought specsavers quick eye test, that wAs good, quick service. how wrong, on the first visit she sat with my lenses in front for her said she couldnt show me I had to wait for my appointent day. what rubbish I have since found out, So to conclude if it is your first visit, please go somewhere else, it is a very bad experience and very daunting.Just when you think you could come home and see again, your told your TIME IS UP, GET OUT.
