I'd broken my titanium glasses and already been told impossible to repair, sent them to Spec-Tech having read their webpage. a week went by then I read the reviews and was worried. I called lots of times and eventually spoke to an advisor who then gave great service. My frames were not repairable, no surprise to me, so he suggested alternatives, not quite the light weight or quality but significantly lower price which I went for, they arrived 2 days later. Thank you
