Ok, so firstly this site is brilliant! I had been on the hunt for a michael kors watch which was being sold discounted on other online stores (which however werent UK based)so i submitted a price match and ended up saving 20% on the high street price with the peace in mind that the site was UK based. I had emailed them several times about the item and was how quick they replied. probably the best customer service i've ever had online shopping! definitely recommend!
