Having used Pretavoir in the past and for my latest two sunglass purchases, I am always delighted with their service. They will respond quickly and politely to emails in a helpful manner which cannot be said for the majority of ecommerce websites I frequent. The items are always well packaged with a super quick turnaround and a superb, no fuss returns policy which is crucial when you don't know what models of glasses suit you. I will continue to use this company and recommend them to anyone. Prices and service are unmatched in my experience. Faultless.
