“Excellent customer sevice”

The frame I chose was out of stock at both Pretavoir and the manufacturer unfortunately, however I was offered the choice of waiting for this frame to be available (8-12 weeks) or 20% off another frame of my choice. I chose another frame. These arrived very promptly, and the service throughout was excellent, they kept me updated at every stage. The glasses are lovely.
