Ordered a pair of glasses from Pret A Voir on Thursday afternoon, only to be told that the frame had sold out. Pret A Voir proceeded to track down the exact frame I request from the supplier at short notice and had the glasses with me by 10am on Tuesday morning, despite the bank holiday Monday. Fantastic price, and attentive customer service. I'll certainly be ordering again from them, and I couldn't be happier.
