I rarely write reviews - why bother!

However, the service I just received is worth a mention. Ordered sunglasses online with Pretavoir. Glasses arrived the day after. All perfect, except the case for the Maui Jim's was too small. The glasses didn't fit without a proper squeeze. I phoned them up and within a day another larger case arrived in the post.

You can argue I should only give them 4 stars as the mistake should never have happened in the first place. But when companies rectify mistakes quickly, it shouldn't reflect bad on them.

Thank you for your feedback. Its much appreciated. Maui Jim have recently began using quite small cases for some of their sunglasses and we have passed on feedback to them. Let's hope the revert to larger case..
