You always make your first purchase online with a new company with some trepidation - but my experience with Pretavoir was outstanding. Of course buying sunglasses is not something you can do easily online as you must try before you buy. However, my recommendation would be to find the glasses you want then purchase them far cheaper with Pretavoir and receive them within 24 hours with no additional delivery charge (that may vary on price of goods ordered). Initially I was put off slightly by the site as I had to fill in a form and wait to be contacted - I thought that will take forever (I did try another site because of this - but in fact it's a mandate by Chanel to limit/control distribution so standard - so I intially placed the order with the other company directly but they rang back to say out of stock - most unhappy - still waiting on the other glasses ordered from there - wouldn't use again). Anyway back to Pretavoir, as I really wanted that style I had to use the form but to my surprise was called back within 2 hours, details were taken quickly, this was about 3 in the afternoon and then the next morning at 8am I had royal mail buzzing my door with a delivery (I was waiting on several) so was very happy to have my new sunnies ready for the weekend (not in London of course!) in less than 24 hours.
Service was amazing - definitely recommend using Pretavoir based on my recent experience.
