Ordinarily when you're doing online transactions you can't help but feel like the service isn't very personalised. However, in dealing with Pret a Voir it was personalised and friendly. They didn't have my sunglasses in stock but quickly came back to me and told me how long it would take to get them and they were able to hold them in store and then handle a change of delivery address. A seamless process! So, one happy customer :-)
