Whilst most of society is never slow to complain, I think it is also important to give credit to companies who do deliver on service. I have dealt with Pret a Voir twice, and on both occasions their staff have been helpful and polite; their prices have been more than competitive; and their entire service has been a pleasure.

They even went out of their way to complete an exchange and return well beyond the length of time they are obligated to do so (I tend to purchase Christmas gifts months in advance, and on this occasion had not purchased the glasses my partner had asked for).

I would not hesitate to use them again, or recommend them to anyone looking for new eye furniture...
