I found this company on-line after searching high and low for a very specific RayBan Aviator model. From the first glance, they seem to hold a wide range of brands and models (esp RayBans) at very reasonable prices and, more importantly, 99% of the reviews are excellent.

I was still sceptical because everything seems too good to be true. Everyone is screaming how good customer service were etc etc etc and so I decided to give them a go with some questions about the RB model/color I was looking for. Lo and behold! I received a reply within 10 mins from Laura answering all my questions precisely, including recommendations of other models that fit my criteria.

I was totally amazed. There and then I decided to buy my glasses from this company.

I received my goods within the timeframe as advised in pristine condition. I will definitely use pret a voir again in the future and highly recommend to anybody who are as sceptical as I was. NO REGRETS!

Product Range: Almost anything that you might be looking for. They even sell accessories such as RB cases and RB cleaning clothes which I had been looking for years! Just try asking them.

Customer Services: Superb and efficient. After making my order on-line, I asked about the RB case and cloth. Sean managed to get back to me, confirmed my additional orders within the hour and managed to deliver on the SAME DAY. Cheers Sean and Jenna.

Packaging: The glasses and accessories were professionally packed and sufficiently cushioned within a nice and firm box. Only very severe impact would damage the contents.

Delivery time: It took around 9 days for my package to arrive from UK to HK. Well within the timeframe they have advised.

Other improvements to consider: Website has some minor bug on the a/c management - a page of codings come up whenever I try to update my personal details.
