Ordered two pairs of specs including a pair of prescription sunglasses. The order was sent out pretty much as the lead-time on the website suggested (10 working days for orders with special coatings). I sent them an email to find out how the order was progressing and they got back to me quickly. Delivery by first class Royal Mail seemed to take longer than expected - it certainly wasn't next day - but that was out of Ozeal's control. It's not the first time I've noticed this with Royal... though the glasses i bought here are of good quality and design, the coating is not acceptable, not that shine and bright as in the store! the customer service told me "a little color difference is normal for online items..." no, i don't accept! yeah, the service boy is patient and efficient. finally, they provide me a coupon for next shopping, considering the good quality and design, i accept~they look OK on my face, just that a color difference make me sad.
