I am currently on an alleged live chat with customer service representative,L*. I ordered some glasses, without prescription lenses, on 1/23/14. When they took my money but did not deliver, I contacted their customer service. Had a very unfruitful response from G*, who informed me that they were shut down for maintenance until 2/7. I asked if they had the glasses I had ordered in stock. He assured me that they did. I asked why, if the glasses were in stock and no lenses were required, they could not be shipped. He did not have an answer, repeated that they were shut down for maintenance. He said I will receive my glasses one week after the startup of their factory which was expected to be 2/9. Should I expect my glasses by 2/16? Hard to say since they have not responded to any further inquiries.
I think I want my money back. This is truly atrocious customer service.

Ended up cancelling the order and demanding a full refund. I also contacted my credit card company to alert them to this dispute. Ozeal didn't like that one bit! They said if I dispute the charges, they won't refund my money! LOL, that is against the law! I am sorely disappointed that all this has happened since they do have the greatest selection of eyewear I have seen anywhere!
