payment issues, good customer service

I happened to have stumbled onto the site by accident and found myself falling in love with the contacts on offer and most importantly the price!

So I went to check if I could actually pay for a pair. No paypal accepted was quite a bummer for someone who doesn't own a credit card, however I do own a card which has maestro written on top of it and the site clearly proclaims that it will accept that. You can imagine how upset I was when I found out that for whatever reason it doesn't work.

So I contacted the customer service and they tried to resolve this problem. However there was nothing wrong with my card so there was nothing to solve there, the polish currency thing didn't work either because my bank isn't mentioned in the options to pick from. Luckily I was already looking into getting a card that operates by the master card network and that card worked flawless!

Customer service was really nice and with exception of the first mail(which took a couple of days but since it was not long before halloween I understood that) they always got back to me very swiftly.

Once those issues were resolved I ordered two pair of contacts from a brand I already trusted so no complaints there. I got them within a time span of a week and according to me they were packaged well enough for safe arrival. The only thing to keep in mind it that there is no free lense case included (something I found other seller do quite often) however there is no advertising that they will so I cannot fault them.

All in all I'm a happy customer and I would recommend based on my experiences.
