“worse on-line shopping experience ever”

Many attempts to reach a live representative failed. Same issue with on-line live chat. Shipping took extremely longer than promised. Sunglasses were not in thier original manufacture storage/cleaning bag and the original box not included. It has been 60 days since I paid for my prescription glasses and have not received them. Each time I call to inquire...they tell me it will be at least 2 more weeks. Today I gave up believing them and have cancelled my order and disputed the charge with MasterCard. It is a shame a company will treat honest customers this way. I've ordered a pair of prescribed sunglasses since 01/2014 and to date have not received them. Granted I put them on layaway, I submitted an email to pay off the balance using the same credit card on 2/24/2014. Has the worst customer service! Exhausting waiting times and no update of the progress of an order whatsoever. I waited for 3,5 months and eventually cancelled my order! It turned out the glasses I ordered weren't even available! They tried to make a fool of me, they said I didn't answer their email, whereas not only did I answer them, they also answered back!! I have never had an online buying experienced quite as horrible as I had from OpticsFast.com. For starters, they are very misleading with the delivery times. They do offer expedited services, but fail to mention that the item you order could some times take up to 3 weeks for it to even get to the shipper to be sent out. “Bent out of shape!”
