“Completely Fraudulent Merchant!”

I was looking to replace a pair of old RayBans I had loved. I only found them on this website, which promises your brand new glasses will arrive "as if purchased from the local optical shop." Instead I received a scratched pair of sunglasses in a ziploc bag from a company "American Vintage" that a google search Ishows as an Ebay reseller. I then had about 30 emails back and forth with a 'customer sales' rep on a Saturday.. most unprofessional and bullying in nature.. I swear it is some little old lady in an apartment in Brooklyn. I returned the glasses but they charged a restocking fee, that I am now disputing with my credit card company.
