I had a horrible experience with Opticsfast. After negotiating a price by email, Opticsfast agreed to a certain price but then ended up charging more. For months I disputed the charge on my credit card and for months my credit card company would go back to Opticsfast and dispute the charge. The "documentation" that Opticsfast provided the credit card company was incomplete and deceitful. In the end, the credit card company understood that I was being wrongly charged but apparently decided it wasn't worth their time to keep wrangling with Opticsfast and the credit card company itself absorbed the cost so the case could be closed. The credit card company is 5 star. Opticsfast is a zero in my book.
