I ordered prescription glasses which after a long waiting period finally arrived BROKEN! I immediately called OpticsFast and emailed them pictures detailing the damage. This is when this email ping-pong marathon with Becky S. from sales and customer service began. She rudely suggested (in a few emails) that their company would never send out faulty frames and .. actually wrote 'hmmmm so your saying that they arrived faulty, we never ship anything that isn't 100% remark less and everything gets checked before it leaves here' and so on. Needless to say I was insulted by this attitude as I was actually being very polite in my query as what to do and what might have happened during transport. We have emailed back and forth for almost two weeks now, and Becky S. offers absolutely no help or solutions, I had to email her the pictures three times! And I had to ask several times for a returns address which to this day I did not get from Becky S.
I sincerely hope that you guys read all reviews before you even think to order anything from this company! Keep away and avoid this horrible nightmare that I am experiencing!
