I would avoid here at all costs for a laser eye assessment, they don't have all the equipment to test your eyes, I was told I was suitable, made the big decision to go ahead (and paid) - only then to be told by the surgeon on the day of surgery that I couldn't be treated. Avoid and go where you can have all tests done - and then use that info to make a decision

I've sent an email to you. I think you need a wider review of your sales tactics though. I think they say anything to get you in, without full medical tests or information. That's just unfair. Hopefully people reading this can have info I didn't have. This is a big medical procedure after all.
Also being told I may have to wait 28 days for a refund after Optical Express failed on service was pretty shocking, I think through my daily calls I was able to secure my money back within that timeframe. Not sure how long others have to wait through no fault of their own. Before I booked your people were always on the phone - when I needed a refund no one from there was ever available to speak to.
