A friend recommended Optical Express laser eye surgery through the Ambassador money back vouchers (£150 cheque to her and £150 off my procedure). So I went for a free consultation at the Leeds branch.
The surgery was great and the fast healing and perfect eyesight was amazing.
The reason I wouldn't recommend Optical Express services to anyone is they didn't honour the money back voucher. Customers services in Leeds and head office have been rude, unhelpful and have ignored all letters.
10/10 for the surgical team but customer services should be ashamed of themselves - they turned what should have been a great experience for me to shout about into a frustrating and stressful time. This matter still hasn't been resolved and I will not be recommending Optical Express until it is!
