Have to say I have been really impressed with Metsuki, they have replied to all my emails straight away and my glasses were ready and sent to me in a matter of days! I have used high street opticians like Vision Express and Specsavers in the past to buy my glasses, I feel like I've been wasting my time and money all these years! The high street opticians provide awful customer service (with vision "express" I waited over 2 months to get a pair of glasses after they repeatedly messed up my prescription) and huge costs (£400 for a pair of glasses is ridiculous). With Metsuki I got a great deal, they could do my prescription which included a prism, they were fast and replied to all my emails straight away. What more could you ask!
