Quite simply one of the best on line shopping experiences I've had. I was a bit apprehensive about ordering glasses on line - would they fit?, would the prescription be correct?, what if there were problems? I needn't have worried. After submitting the order on line I wasn't expecting to be called to discuss the order the next day. This excellent communication continued throughout the process. There was a small problem with the order initially due to an error in the information I supplied. I was amazed that John probable offered to remake the lenses for free or offer a full refund when it was my mistake!

Don't be afraid to order glasses on line from here, all you need is your prescription and pupil distance measurement (which you can make easily yourself or get from an optician). Rest assured any problems will be dealt with quickly and professionally. Massive savings on both frames and lenses vs the usual high street chains, most of which don't even have a lab!
