I bought a pair of glasses online that are yet to have arrived 4 months later. The customer services team constantly gave me assurances that were invariably broken on more than one occasion.
Having asked to change delivery address, they noted and then sent it to the old address.
On one occasion, I was told that only one of their team knew the location of my package and that I'd have to contact her directly, as though she had a private number I could use.
The fact this company has any good ratings at all online I can only assume is up to them submitting reviews themselves.
