I bought my first glasses last year, and I keep going back for more! i now own 4 pairs of frames and am hoping to increase this. 99% of the time I get my glasses within a week, the 1% that took longer than a week was done to ordering over the christmas/new year time when we have 100 bank holidays!

I purchased two other frames which didn't suit my face due to style and colour and it was really easy to return!

If you have any problems you can talk to them through Facebook and the customer service team, which by the way is beyond fantastic! They have great advice and respond very fast considering the numerous email i imagine they get!

I love this company and can not wait to purchase my 5th frame!
