They don't answer the phone, and don't reply to emails, Luckily I paid by paypal and they gave me a refund. They still have my frames.

I ordered 2 pairs of glasses a week before my holidays and was panicking they wouldn't come in time but the service was brilliant they kept me updated and when I was messaging them probably being a big pain in the back, they were always polite and understanding and reassured me they would try they're hardest to get the glasses to me on time which they did so perfect service thank you would definitely recommend them.

The glasses cost me one fourth the price I pay at my local optician. The range of the glasses available are good, it gets a bit confusing on which pair of glasses to order (you actually get spoil for choice). For the price paid what matters really is that the glasses are good quality and exactly to the prescription.

i had to return the frames twice because they where not what i ordered they promised to refund the postal cost three months ago but i am still waiting. i advise anyone to avoid dealing with this company.

My reglazed glasses were returned in two weeks and are faultless. For a very reasonable price I've been able to re-use my "designer" frames and I have no complaints at all.

Dont even think about parting with your hard earned money with these bunch of crooks. I placed an order and the very next day I was sent an email saying that they would need more money to finish the order. ( Due to the so called complex lenses). I refused and asked for my money back. They then said they had started on the frames and that the so called " 100% quality guarantee " didnt apply as it was a custom order! bot 2 glasses in june 2011 when they came they were plastic and awful didnt worth amt paid, so i returned and asked i get mny back as i was going away and not rtning for another month. Customer svce is rather useless and wld rather not refund me cos They blame you for not telling them reason for returning item and so cant refund.. what happened to: A 100% quality guarantee - This means that if there is anything wrong with your glasses, you get your money back without a quibble Im still owed £89.99 since July 2011, I v spoken to my bank and tried everything on earth but they still wont refund. I dont have the glasses neither do I have my money.... am at a loss. My bank are trying to sort this out but still nothing yet!

If I could rate this company less than 1 star I would. I sent my glasses to be reglazed, and it took almost 3 months to get them back. They lied the entire time saying that they'd sent the glasses and Royal Mail had lost them, so I threatened with legal action and I was then told my lenses had just arrived and they would post them a.s.a.p., completely contradicting everything they'd told me for months. Luckily they arrived intact but I would warn anyone against using this company.
