Bought a pair of Channel frames and after a week the painted end of the frame started to peel off and returned frames to David Clulow Bluewater and was told that as lenses was not fitted in the shop the frame was not under warranty. I left frames in shop after so much argument. 2 weeks later after so many calls, got a phone call that Channel has agreed to replace the frame hands????? 4 weeks later I still have not got my frames back. David Clulow has zero customer services and do not treat their customers fairly.
