High St Kensington branch. Started off very well, good comprehensive eye test then it all went wrong when it came to choosing my glasses. They were snooty and rude and completely unhelpful. When i finally did chose some frames that i liked they then said i couldn't have them with my lenses. ( perhaps should point that out first!) Also £810 for 2 pairs of glasses is very steep indeed. All in all i have never had worse service anywhere. It was as if the sour faced girl woke up everyday just to upset her customers. Bizzarely. I then got home to see online these reviews and that they have offers that i was not even made aware of by the staff that could have saved me about £200! I called them up on it just to receive a rude response and no discount. Please don't give these people business
