Completely incompetent staff, each person had a different view on the types of glass (reduction index and tint combinations). Most of the information I was given was actually incorrect. I have been waiting for over a month to get my glass fitted in my frame in a satisfactory way. Communication is poor, their promises to call me have mostly been unfulfilled. They also struggle to track the order and the status with the lab. It's a complete chaos. Worst customer experience I ever had with any company in my life.
