“Terrible service. My lenses took almost one month to...”

I ordered my lenses on 29 May and the website promised delivery in 2-5 working days. They didn't arrive until 21 June after I phoned and emailed customer service 10 times. I always got the same response "you'll receive them in the next 1 or 2 working days". It was very hard to get through to the call centre and the email response was very slow - and the staff were generally unhelpful.
