I was feeling very scared as i suddenly had floaters in my left eye. I phoned Boots to ask for advice and was told an appointment would probably be for the best and would phone back later that day after speaking to the Optician Staff. I was expecting a week hence but the follow up phone call advised no appointments at the Victoria Centre, Nottingham department but they could see me later that afternoon at the Castle Boulevard Centre. I cannot fault the service i received, from care, reassurance to the very thorough eye test and examination. I am glad and relieved to say all is well.
