In April I purchassed a pair of rimless framed glasses where I was told to leave a deposit which I did , it has taken four attempts to get these correct without any faults. Today I was told to collect them but on collection I was given a piece of scrap paper with a note scribbled on it saying I had to sign a disclaimer saying as soon as I leave the shop they would no longer be responsible for the glasses, I refused as all the previous faults had not been my fault I was told if I didn't sign
they would not release them although by now they had been paid for in full. I walked out of the shop in disgust and told them I was seeking legal advice. Upon seeking this I went back into the shop to tell them what id been advised and funny enough I was then given them without having to sign anything. I am disgusted with the service and unless there is a further problem I will not be using your services again.
