The lady who attended me, tried her best but I could notice she was not fully trained as she had to ask her peers/supervisor too often. I was not offered the different colours, green or brown shades neither the polarize option which I had in my previous sun glasses and of course, received them the way they were ordered. I am very disappointed with them and have to wait for two years before I can have new ones made. These two options where on display at the shop before, now they show children's frames on that spot. I know it might not be a big problem in England but I travel a lot abroad where there is plenty of sun shine and it does make a big difference!!
I wouldn't have mind paying the extra charge for polarized glasses.
