Had eyes tested and ordered specs from spec saver, but when picked up glasses could not see tgru them. Specsavers checked prescription given and was correct. Got told that if prescription is wrong boots would need to remake glasses. Got to bots and very unfriendly manager saw me and didn't believe me. After spending 3 1/2 hours and having eyes retested the prescription totally different. No compensation offered, I was unable to have glass for my holds and still they kept asking for the prescription, I sad it correct at the time and I had glasses ordered as I believed that it was correct, you have tested me again and proved that the error was with boots. I was told that they had remade the glasses as goodwill gesture. What a joke!!!
