8 years of good service then this year appalling mistakes with prescription and frames. On complaining did get a small refund but this wasn't what I wanted it was an explanation of the poor service - further letter to Head Office has resulted in absolutely no response and I'm still waiting 41 days later. They simply couldn't care less.
