they were punctual in there service and very friendly on the phone and in store. my biggest gripe after the fact that i need my lenses updating was that they damaged my existing frames. i didnt want to buy new frames as i love my existing ones, but now the damage is so severe that my glasses dont stay on my head and slip off my ears.

i am very disappoint as i paid a fortune for these frames and will take me complaint further.
