I go to the Edinburgh branch on Princes Street and have always found their customer service to be brilliant. I last went in on Saturday to buy prescription glasses and sunglasses and despite showing up just before closing times the staff on duty were so friendly and took care to thoroughly check their work, explain all the factors to me and tell me about the different offers without pressuring me to upgrade my purchase. I also get contact lenses from this branch, and have always found their service in booking and checking my vision and/or lenses, and helping with questions to be excellent. I think this might be the first time I have ever felt compelled to review somewhere (particularly a high street service) but I really think their staff deserve to be commended.
