On my 1st visit to this Asda store it was a great experience.
I then had to make a 2nd visit approx.3 months later which I did by telephone.
the receptionist could not find my optimetrist even though I had his surname, I spelled it out to her several times to no avail. I then asked to make an appointment , got the date and time, and was in the midst of giving my name etc.when I suddenly realised that I was already on the system.When I mentiondd this the receptionist said "Oh I'll have a look" and lo and behold there I was!!!!
Surely a receptionist, who is at the forefront of your service to the public , should have better knowledge of your system.
